SPA ETIQUITTE

Wear comfortable clothing for your treatment. Discreet draping adorns your body through-out treatments, providing you with warm towels/blankets and honouring your personal space.   In consideration of your treatment and the therapist, all mobile phones must be turned off or on silent.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

The Spa is appropriate for clients 16 years and older. Please inquire regarding select treatments appropriate for younger guests with parental supervision.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

All treatments are available as gift vouchers or as a monetary value.  Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months.

 

ON ARRIVAL

Enhance your wellness experience by arriving 10min prior to your treatment if this is first time visit.  This allows me to plan the perfect treatment experience for you.  Consultation will take place whilst relaxing with a choice of herbal tea or water so you can start your relaxing journey experience.

At the time of booking please notify the spa if you have any medical conditions so when can advise the best treatment for you

 

WHAT IF IM LATE

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment but will continue the full treatment. 

Please advise the spa if you are running late.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot make your appointment or you need to re-schedule, we require a minimum of 24HR advance notice. We regret that 100% charge of total services will be charged if notice is not given.

 

PARKING

Street parking is available 

 

PAYMENT

Payments for products and services in the form of cash and bank transfer.  All payments are to be made in full after your treatment prior to leaving.
